Search NCCB vector database
This database contains data on about 300 vectors available from NCCB. These vectors
are cloning vectors, some vectors with inserts,
and helper plasmids (like plasmids
expressing conjugative functions or e.g. T7 polymerase).
When you have selected one of the following categories a form is displayed in which
you can enter one or more search arguments.
This option allows you to search for a vector with a particular element name, e.g.
pBGS8, or an NCCB collection number, like NCCB 3000.
This option allows you to search for vectors having particular properties, like
incompatibility group, copy number, markers, cloning sites or applications.

In the output, restriction sites carry one of the following codes:
U - the site is unique in the vector
E - the site can be used for expression
(e.g. behind a promoter/t.i.r., before a reporter gene)
I - the site is located within a gene, insertion of a DNA
fragment leads to insertional inactivation of the gene
