Access to the Collections and facilities

Currently two possibilities exist for obtaining funding to visit the Collection facilities for research and training in the framework of the EU-funded projects EDIT (European Distributed Institute of Taxonomy) and EmbaRC (European Consortium of Microbial Resource Centres).
EDIT – Expert-in-training programme (WP8)

EDIT provides a limited number of short-term traineeships for graduate students and early career researchers working in the field of taxonomy. The main objective is to acquire and to strengthen taxonomic research skills through an on-the-job training. The typical duration of the traineeship at CBS will be three weeks. A basic design of training offered can be found here.
